PAYMENT + REFUND POLICY

Deposits: Non-refundable, (Only denied applications are fully refundable).

Payment Schedule: Final balances must be paid by the deadlines specified. Failure to pay may result in cancellation without refund.

Non-Refundable Payments: Once accepted, all expedition payments are non-refundable except where required by law.

Chargebacks: By booking, you agree not to initiate chargebacks. Disputes must be handled directly with Somewhere Devine Expeditions. Unauthorized chargebacks will be treated as breach of contract, and you are liable for all related costs, fees, and attorney expenses.

Credit Card Authorization: By submitting payment details, you authorize Somewhere Devine to charge deposits, balances, and any agreed-upon add-ons.
