TANGIBLE MEMORIES

If you know me, I have always had my face behind a camera. I love looking at pictures that we’ve taken because its a way to relive so many fun memories! I usually use the photos as my screensaver on my phone and computer… But I just had this thought that I should be PRINTING out these memorable photos! Especially for Lucy and Greta to look at throughout the house, because they don’t ever really see the digital ones.

It was so fun to sit down and sort through all of my favorite photos from the year! From our travels to the Faroe Islands and Zambia, to our little moments captured at home… It was hard to narrow it down! But I couldn’t be more thrilled with the ones we ended up printing. We processed all of our photos through Walmart, and it was so easy! All you have to do is upload your images and the size you want them printed. Then they are ready to pick-up in an hour!

We had two different professional “family photo” sessions this fall, and it’s funny because this random picture that my sister-in-law snapped on a Sunday afternoon ended up being my favorite! None of us are really matching, but I feel like it sums up Lucy and Greta’s personalities so perfectly! I had to print it, and also use it for our Christmas card! I love sharing printed photos and holiday cards around the Christmas season because it allows us to connect with our family in Chile, England, Norway, and everyone scattered around the states… It was so sweet to go to Chile earlier this year and see that Brad’s grandparents still had our printed Christmas card from last year in their house!

I couldn’t be more happy with the quality of our Walmart prints! All of our photos have found their perfect frame, and now I just need to hunker down and actually mail out our cards. 🙂 Leave us a comment here or on instagram with your address – We’d love to randomly select a handful of you to send our Christmas card to this year!
