You know those moments where you just want to pinch yourself, because you’re thinking “Is this really happening!?” — When I was in New York in November, I had the opportunity to tour backstage of NBC Studios, and the pleasure to meet the Sprout TV Network team at Rockefeller Center. I was trying so hard to play it cool, when in reality I was freaking out inside! Their team was so awesome. They didn’t even bat an eye when Greta had a blow-out on me mid-tour (Always right on cue right!? Ah!), and they were so helpful with the whole situation! It really spoke volumes about their values, and who they are. Sprout helps kids grow into good people with curious minds, compassionate hearts, and courageous spirits. As a mother of two, it can be tough to find wholesome TV shows for my girls, and I was excited to get introduced to Ruff-Ruff, Tweet and Dave! It’s the cutest show full of adventure, friendship, and making choices. It’s right up Lucy’s alley! So when Sprout asked if we wanted to throw an exclusive premiere party for Season 2, we were all over it.
Lucy knew that we had decorations, and she woke up asking if it was her birthday — haha! It may as well have been. All of her little cousins came over to eat treats, and watch Ruff-Ruff, Tweet and Dave. It was a little chaotic, but so much fun. The little ones loved the show, and we all felt so spoiled getting to view the new episodes before they air! I’m thinking that every winter we need to throw a little party of some sort — it was so great to get cozy together, and celebrate something during the cold weather.
Tune in for the premiere of Ruff-Ruff, Tweet and Dave this Saturday, February 18 at 12pm ET on Sprout.
