Devine Playlist: An Indie Christmas

Although these last couple of years have had their trials, I have to say that they have been some of our sweetest years yet. I’m feeling so thankful for our health, to enjoy our parents while they are young, and raise our children alongside siblings & awesome friends. I have a feeling that the best chapter of our lives is about to unfold. 🙂 Yesterday was our first time to go out to eat for Thanksgiving dinner! I was a little unsure about it, but I would definitely do it again. I could tell that my Mom especially enjoyed it, because she didn’t have to prepare anything! The food was ‘homestyle’ at Silver Fork Lodge, and it was so cozy to drive up the canyon. My secret confession is that I don’t like turkey, I know I’m a weirdo, so I was excited that there was an option for ham. 😉 It was our first ‘outing’ with Lucy being potty trained, and it was a success! On the drive down the canyon, she told us that she had to pee (always at the most inconvenient time, right!?) So she totally had to go in the snow on the side of the road – haha! It was hilarious. We went and saw Moana, and it was so cute! I love that they are starting to put more music in Disney movies!
